First sign of Christmas

Boys couldn't wait to decorate their own small Christmas trees this year. We went out last Thursday and bought some new ornaments and first thing Friday after school they asked to decorate. I usually wait to put up Christmas till after Thanksgiving and the boys birthday (December 5th), but with the baby coming in 3 weeks I think we need to get started.
